Many of our bead mixes are hand-curated. As a result, bead styles, quantities and arrangements may vary slightly from product photos. These small variations are part of the unique character of each mix.
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
We reserve the right to change prices, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors at any time without prior notice.
Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraudulent activity, payment issues or pricing errors are identified.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided during checkout.
While we carefully pack every order, delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by postal delays or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
Be unused and in their original condition.
Be returned in their original packaging.
Include proof of purchase or your order number.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or sent in error.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:
Opened bead mixes
Opened DIY kits
Custom or personalised products
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.

Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or the return is due to our error.
Order Cancellations

Orders that have already been packed or shipped may not be cancelled.
