Terms and Conditions

Material: Mainly Coloured Glaze beads, resin, acrylic, natural stones may use for matching. Accessories are default alloy/gold-plated/silver-plated.
Colours are NOT permanently guaranteed!!! All materials (except natural stones) may oxidise, change colour or fade. Please read the care instruction card and store the products carefully. If you are concerned about colour fading a lot, please do not place an order.
All products in the store are handmade. Minor flaws are defaults!!!
Our products are all original design, prohibit plagiarism. If our design is used by others for commercial purpose, we will pursue legal responsibility.

Our handmade products come with an 30-day warranty from the date of purchase.

During this period, we will repair or replace any items that has hand making defects free of charge.

After 30 days from the purchase, we offer repair services at a reasonable cost. Please contact us for a quote.
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of the parcel arrived, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and it's in the original packaging.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our faults.
